We accept payments only from the USA territory, but will definitely expand our selling territory a little bit later.  We accept Credit/Debit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Currently we deliver orders only in the USA territory.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund. Please contact our customer support team (support@lelemiko.com) within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will pay for shipping whatever you want to exchange or return your order.

As the main material Lelemiko works with is silver, we encourage you to avoid your jewelry piece contacts with salt water! Anyway, you can always to clean it with special cleaning wipe (it comes free with your order). We also encourage you to avoid any hard mechanical cleaning, for example with baking soda, it may cause little scratches appearing.
